Michael has over 25 years of experience in the real estate development industry, with a primary focus on attached /detached residential and mixed-use, urban infill projects. Michael earned his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine, where he majored in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and Construction Management. Michael has been a California State licensed Civil Engineer since 1992.

David has over 32 years of experience in the development industry, inclusive of commercial, industrial and retail, and international resort development, with a primary focus on urban infill residential and mixed-use product. David is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, having earned his Bachelors Degree in Architecture with a concentration in Construction Management. He is a licensed architect, contractor and real estate broker in California. He also serves on the advisory board for the School of Construction Management at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, as well as numerous other professional affiliations.
