Dubbed COVO, the community comprises 10 homes that are fitted with neutral tones and metal siding exteriors to blend with their urban surroundings. The community includes a fully-furnished model home set to open on Saturday, April 22, and is available to view by appointments prior to the grand opening. Pricing starts at $1,059,000.
