Winners of the 2018 SoCal Awards are acknowledged for their inspiring talent, creativity and innovation. A who’s who of the industry shines brightly during this spectacular event – builder partners, marketing experts, merchandising and design professionals who love what they do and do what they love.

This year’s competition drew more than 500 entries. Finalists and Winners were celebrated October 13th in gala ceremonies with a sold out crowd of homebuilding professionals in attendance. VITAE was presented the award for best architecture.
